We previously talked about your market, competition, distribution, wholesale chain, and market positioning. As we begin part 2, you need to ask yourself if you are getting any buzz in the marketplace? If you’re not getting the buzz you want, what can you do to get more visibility? Combine these definitions together and you come up with a strategy using market research that integrates company goals and objectives into the entire strategy.
So the phones are not ringing off the hook, don’t allow your staff or sales representatives to stall and lose momentum during this time. Take this time to reevaluate your sales cycle. Are the right systems in place for making sure that a prospect is being provided the right information to be converted to a buyer?
